A very well renowned businessman from south mumbai who was very distressed with his bizzare set of teeth since his childhood, came to my clinic for the needfull.

Oral examination revealed multiple root pieces with chronic infection.
Medication for a week and counselling for oral hygiene maintainance
After one week endodontic treatment was started wherever necessary
Rootcanal treatment was followed with post & core using  REFORPOST by ANGELUS  and core buildup with +3M ESPE FILTEK Z250 XT composite resin by 3M

Finally Fixed partial dentures made from +Ivoclar Vivadent  metal ceramic  were placed in units of 3-4 with desired shade and dimensions
Whole treatment took more than a month to finish but it was a worth wait for the patient , as is said ---All is well that ends well
