Patient, A 18 year old good looking girl Surya came to me with broken anterior tooth
Clinical examination revealed a rootpiece of tooth 24 with crown fractured 2 weeks back nearly at CEJ junction
IOPA showed 2 rootpieces with a periapical radiolucency
Prophylactic medicaments were prescibed and rootpiece extracted without causing much trauma to soft tissues
Patient recalled after 15days.Complete healing of the region ensured and considering the stress level of the area,esthetics and patient's financial condition A PFM 3-unit bridge was decided to restore the missing tooth region

A 3-unit permanant porclein bridge on teeth 23 and 25 having 24 as pontic
