Jaya Merchant who came with grossly carious 11 and proximal caries in 21,22
After clinical examination and IOPA'S( dental x-ray)the treatment plan opted for her was
---Rootcanal in 11
---composite resin restoration in 21and 22
---followed by a four unit ceramic bridge (12,11,21,22).
Due to financial crunch patient could not afford ceramic crown ,thereof an acrylic facing bridge was given.
