36yr female entered my clinic with frowned face and lots of hope.
Frowned because she couldn't smile and laugh in front of anyone including her husband and children because of missing anterior teeth
On examination she had missing upper anteriors 11,12,13. She gives a history of trauma 7 years back in the same region.
This frowned face lady literaly knew only two words ....Discount and good smile
It took 3 appointmets,a PFM FPD and ofcourse a discounted price to give her a bright smile and happy life.
